Winston Reed
MANAGING PARTNER
A native Houstonian and ten-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Winston Reed brings a sophisticated global perspective and over two decades of corporate leadership to the real estate sector. During his military tenure, extensive international deployments throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa instilled in him a profound understanding of global housing dynamics and the critical need for scalable, obtainable residential solutions.
Winston’s professional foundation is anchored by 20 years of Human Resources leadership for nationally recognized healthcare organizations. He holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Texas Southern University, a credential that informs his disciplined, conservative approach to capital allocation. By prioritizing low-risk, high-yield strategies, he has successfully built and managed a private portfolio of single-family assets while maintaining professional licensure in both Texas and Arizona.
As the Co-Founder of WH Capital Partners LLC, Winston leverages his multidisciplinary background in banking, energy, and healthcare to institutionalize his investment philosophy within the multifamily market. His firm is dedicated to providing accredited investors with access to the same wealth-creation vehicles that have historically defined long-term financial stability.
Beyond his commercial ventures, Winston is committed to social impact and corporate responsibility. He serves on the Board of Directors for KBS-HHS, a non-profit organization focused on delivering essential healthcare and housing services to rural Texas. Additionally, he is a dedicated advocate for the Houston autism community and supports various local charitable initiatives.
Henry Porche
MANAGING PARTNER
Henry Porche II is the co-founder and co-manager of WH Capital Partners LLC, where he oversees acquisitions, financing, and development. He has also managed the renovation of several single and multi-family properties in the U.S. and abroad. Henry combines his penchant for uncovering new streams of income with an agility that allows him to navigate complex regulatory environments, challenging market conditions, and all manner of cultural nuances.
Henry has a real estate background that is bolstered by strong relationships with hard money, private lenders, a background in finance and experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas. Henry served as Chief Financial Officer for Texas Marine Management for over ten years. There, he assembled the financing for several major acquisitions and secured the exclusive rights to a unique portfolio of marine products.
For Henry Porche II, a graduate of Texas Southern University, building generational wealth is rooted in both family and community. He has served as President of Alpha Phi Alpha – Delta Theta Chapter, Cub Master for Troop 212 (Boy Scouts of America), President of the Jack Yates Booster Club, and as a faithful member of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church. His community endeavors have also included philanthropic support for the Conrad Johnson Youth Fund (Save the Music), Reconstruction of a Survivor, Black Men of Harvard, the Alley Theater, and many more.
